Maryland residents benefit from nurses trained at one of MICUA’s outstanding nursing programs.

Thanks to help from the Sellinger Program—the vehicle for providing State support to independent colleges and universities—MICUA institutions produce 48% of all BS in nursing degrees in Maryland, helping to fill the critical workforce shortage in the State. MICUA colleges and universities offer a variety of nursing degree options including online degree programs, accelerated programs, courses at Regional Higher Education Centers and community colleges, and graduate programs for a wide range of specialties.
